This kit contains everything you need to assemble the basic electronics. The breadboard itself is great, but it comes with an inordinate amount of jumpers, switches, and LEDs. For a nerd like me it will definitely take some time!

I really like this adruino kit Advantages: - many different components, suitable for many different fun circuits and my student life (electrical engineer) - very good Organized package - great value kit - can't wait to have fun with it! - Resistance reading table. However, I can use YouTube for this! No wow what a deal!

When I received the kit I wanted to put a simple circuit with a resistor in series with the LED and then connect it to the battery. Works fine for me until I connect to a breadboard. Then nothing. I went to check for continuity with my ohmmeter and showed no connection. It worked for some, not for others. If you want to get this kit, please save yourself the trouble and buy a good quality breadboard as well, otherwise you won't be able to fix your circuit effectively.

but be careful. The cheap power supply that came with my kit was defective. It was outputting 10.7 volts instead of 5 volts, luckily I checked with a multimeter before assembling the circuit otherwise the magic smoke would have come out. Do not repair or return. The spare parts offer alone justifies the purchase price. Now I'm forced to wait until I get a replacement PSU to continue my project. Was in the market looking for a little crafting starter kit when my son was using a Raspberry Pi and decided to give this kit a try. I had the opportunity to test some of the parts over the weekend and all the parts from the kit I tried (LEDs, breadboard, buttons, power module and a few others) worked as expected and I managed to get my Raspberry Pi not to blast, haha -ha.
