This might work for someone who only needs light compression, although it won't help them lose much weight as they just don't have the energy. I was hoping it would be the male equivalent of spanks, but it's pretty weak. Hopefully one day someone will make a better product for this need.

Comfortable, more comfortable than others I've tried. Don't make me so tidy. Sometimes you want to look fitter and feel good. this meets these criteria. Sometimes I want to look a lot more groomed and I'm willing to sacrifice some comfort. Then I'll skip it for another one, much more succinct than that.

I received the medium. At the time of purchase I lost a lot of weight. I'm about 5ft 5 inches tall and have lost 150lbs at 13-15% body fat. I have big traps and post workout boobs so it fits me as expected, snug but not tight. I received my package fairly quickly with no damage. No reason to criticize this product or this company, great work.

I don't usually write reviews but the clothes made me want to. This is not a compression vest. However, this is the perfect training and running vest that fits well and shapes the upper body. It's comfortable and light and I'll definitely be buying another one. NB buy one size larger than usual.

Also, this seller is in China so it takes weeks to receive the item and while they accept returns, the shipping cost more than I paid for a "compression" shirt. So I'm stuck with that.

Just received my second purchase. Originally bought two about a year ago. I really like their fit, comfort and warmth. They are very thin and a bit delicate to the touch, so I hand wash and lightly tumble dry (not much needed).
