Would be very good for small cuts and tears

Well it was bound to happen, living in Florida we get our share of tropical storms and hurricanes and when "Ian" gently came in as a cat 1, I was too lazy to take down our Gazebo canopy. Needless to say, I paid the price. "Ian" did a number on my canopy, it ripped a 3-foot, long tear. So here I was looking to buy a new replacement canopy when I came across this fabric canvas repair tape. With nothing to lose except a couple of dollars, I said why not. Works, very sticky!

This works nicely, we had to use on the top and bottom. Some of our rips were more of a hole. So using this on one side would leave the other side sticky and I was afraid it would stick to the awning when rolled up. So we added tape to both sides of the awning to prevent further damage. So far so good! Great fix for small rips

Worked on a slit in one of my tarps

So far,so good. Used 2 strips on a slit inone of my tarps,one strip on each side for good measure. Clear tape,can't even tell there was anything wrong with it.

LANBEIDE Fabric Repair Tape, Canvas Repair Kit for Awning Repair Tape Boat Covers

Unfortunately I have had to use this very product before and it works pretty well and I recommend getting a roll and keeping it in your RV, I actually used this on out back yard ambarella before as well.

Strong adhesive. on my review.

I needed to repair a tear to a plastic sheeting barrier until we had a chance to replace it.This tape is extremely sticky.it adhered very well. In addition to being stickier than tape, it is stronger as well. The repair we made was stronger than the original material.That is the only chance I have had to use this so far, but it worked really well. I'm sure other uses will pop up for it and I'm glad to have it on hand.

This gave me another season for my gazebo

I ordered to patch the holes in my gazebo. The previous repair tape is purchased for black and orange which worked in varying degrees of well but was not subtle and made my repair job obvious.I like that this comes on a roll instead of stripsBecause some tears are longer than others. The clear has a little bit of shine but is much more discreet then the colored patch tape.The glue has held up for 15-20 mile per hour winds (with gusts up to 50 mph) and 1” or rain so far.

Many Uses, Wider Roll, No Serrated Edges

Years ago, I purchased some clear repair tape like this that turned out to be excellent and extremely useful in many applications.Unfortunately, I was not able to find it again.After quite a few years, Gorilla came out with a similar product but the edges are serrated and I don't like that aesthetic appearance at all.I would rather have nice, straight, smooth edges and cut it to the length I want with scissors.I am thankful to have come across this tape, which is even wider than the original…

Clear strong tape sticks well to fabric

Got this tape for repairing an RV awning. The tape comes as a roll and the tape has a waxed paper backing. It's a little thinner than I expected, but when i put it on it stuck very well and was able to hold up to a bunch of pulling and twisting of the fabric. The tape is completely clear so it wont change the color of what you use it on.
