I ordered the (dark) gray ottoman and when it arrived it was very light gray. I emailed SELL BELOW COST to inform them that I received the wrong color and they sent me a replacement unit immediately which I received two days later. However, the replacement unit is the same light gray color. It seems that the dark gray ottoman in the photo on this listing is NOT what they have in stock; they only have light gray. Extremely easy to assemble. Be sure to install the bottom and center support for maximum stability and rigidity. Make sure the cover is on properly before sitting on it. I loved it so much I bought a second. The first is at the foot of my bed used for storage and when I put my shoes on. The second is used for storage, as a coffee table, and as a foot rest in front of a sofa. It also can double as a bench for extra seating.A very good buy!

I love everything about this storage bench. The price was good the quality is good. I can fit a comforter and my extra throw pills in there. The only thing that didn't match was the color it's not a silver it's gray. It fits in my room perfectly!

11 yr old girl's bedroom makeover. Outgrew princess phase; now set up for online school and hanging out. We got a Sorbus night stand and dresser, sturdy, easy assembly, look good so we added this Sorbus bench for storage of lounging pillows and comforters. Sturdy top, she's set it against her bed to sit while watching tv. It's easy to move around as well.

I was looking for an ottoman for our guest bedroom and came across this one. Read plenty of the reviews and decided to get one. Glad I did. Assembly took only minutes and it is very sturdy. Using it at the foot of our guest room bed to store extra sheets, pillows and blankets. It did have a plastic smell, as another customer mentioned, but a few days of airing and it was fine. It was wrapped in plastic so it was expected. Very happy with the product.

Dual purpose, using for storing extra cables, etc at stair landing. Looks good and can sit down on it. Love Sorbus brand.

Love this storage chest. Good size. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. I use it to store sheets and blankets. I took off one star as it had a small tear in the lid when it arrived. I fixed it wih matching duct tape as I don't need this to look perfect. Not sure how well the fabric will hold up for those who want to use it in living spaces where people might put their feet on it, or kids might sit on it.

We use this for gym equipment storage and my husband and I both sat on it and it was sturdy and solid …very nice addition. Thanks for attention!

The overall condition of this is thing sturdy, pretty and so easy to put together. I put file hangers inside of it and made it a file cabinet in my spare bedroom. It sits at the foot of the bed and looks pretty and is completely functional for guest to sit or put there things on. It really is a nice little addition to a room for storage for not a lot of money. I love this bench, it sits nicely at the end of my queen sized bed and holds all of my blankets! It has tons of storage space and looks really great. I am able to sit on it comfortably as well, and it feels strong enough to hold weight. Only 4 stars because it was ordered with 2 day shipping, however it took about a week to get here as was "lost in transit". Unfortunate timing, but a really nice product!

Works well to sit on and change shoes. Stores loads of shoes, hats, gloves and winter wear. Looks Expensive and is sturdy when assembled. Easily collapsed and moved/stored when not used. Cons: wish it came with feet to raise it up. It’s about 4 inches or more short of a regular bench. Removable wooden feet would make it the right height and add to the overall appearance of the storage bench.

I was looking for something to store extraPillows in and I guess I should have payed a bit more attention to the dimensions, as isn’t as wide as I suspected it would be (not wide enough to lay a pillow flat inside). It is a very nice looking piece, especially for the price, and was easy to assemble, I just may have to find another purpose for it.
