I probably should have found this out before buying but my machine only supports the 4x4 tire. The manual says it can use this tire but there's a little hint that states To use this frame size you must move all frames and start a new design. It's not perfect and didn't help me much, but if you need to create a 4x8 design that can be done in two different sections, this works well.

Works really well! This saves me from buying another machine that will handle 5x7 sizes. The key is to make an embroidery on the first set of hoop hooks, then move the hoop down to the middle of 2 hooks and do the next embroidery. Then if you want to add something underneath, you can move the frame down to 3.-th set of hooks again. I use a Brother SE-400 machine and it fits perfectly and seems to be a little better quality than the frame that came with the machine which is a good frame. When I bought the tire I was hoping to expand the capabilities of my lettering machine and it does.
