This is the only review you need to read.

The most impressive brass pipe nipple ever made in the history of the fucking world. It has carvings and everything! But seriously, it's a brass tube. Provided you order the size you need and use it for its intended purpose.

Pros
  • Lead Free
Cons
  • Discontinued Model

Lead free for hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing

Lead free as listed. Whenever I repair or replace plumbing, I make it compatible with lead-free drinking water. The website description listed it as lead-free. But there is a 2 or 3 point warning on the back label. The warning has less text than the 4-point instruction. I come back. Sometimes I wonder why there isn't a better label for compatibility with unleaded drinking water. I noticed that Sharkbite listings don't include a full set of "THREADED FITTING" - basically push-to-connect.

Pros
  • Lead free brass construction
Cons
  • Some faults

Warning: This product may contain a known chemical.

Warning that this product may contain a chemical known to cause cancer etc. any of my air, water or gas applications! Lead can cause cancer and is found in most brass items unless they contain lead. So what chemicals could be in that brass hex nipple that could cause cancer? or who cares if it doesn't kill you with lead when you can die of cancer, right? So many people continue to get cancer because it is found in so many things now.

Pros
  • Hex Nipple
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled
