Too big for bite size

I bought these to make caramel. The site doesn't say how big they are, but they looked small enough to be about the size of a bite. They are not small enough for lollipops, 2 inches long. It may be ok for an adult, but it's too big for a child's mouth. Otherwise they look ok.

  • Done
Cons

Got it! They work!

I'm in love with these shapes! I've made caramel many times but never used molds. I can't believe how much easier the shapes are and how perfect they came out. They popped right out and were beautifully shiny and perfect. I can't believe how much I struggled with slicing caramel before and how much time I could save if I used them all the time. 🙌🏼

  • Pleasant

Perfectly shaped caramel

About 20 batches of caramel have been made in these molds. So far they have held up great! I even washed them in the dishwasher. If you're looking to buy these for caramel and are wondering what size wraps to use, I recommend 4.5" x 5.5" wax/parchment wraps. Caramel will cool much faster in these molds than in 9x13 molds! After 2-3 hours you can start wrapping. Discussing buying another set for Christmas!

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Better than a ball of cookies

Arrived today and made no bake peanut butter chocolate protein candy right away. However, instead of laboriously rolling them up with my cookie scoop, I tossed them onto the candy mold and crushed them one by one. I sprayed them with cooking spray, covered them with wax paper, and pressed them into small rectangles with a rolling pin. Perfect! Popped out immediately after freezing and fitted into bags. less space in the freezer! It is my diet that heals us. Love it! I think I'll make cookie…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Can I add something

Still great after a year of use

Update: I've used them maybe 50 times, they're still like new. I'm making candies for sale right now and have been using them daily for the past 3 weeks with no problems. I will be buying a second set to increase production. Great for what I wanted to do. Perfect size for caramel. I've only used them once so far so I'm not sure how durable they are. They appear to be quite thin but seem to hold up well to insanely hot caramel. I put them straight into the fridge to cool. The candies popped out…

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Protection
