Only used it on one pair of boots, soaked it up but didn't seem to do much. maybe I'm waiting for it to show. After treating the boot, I poured water on the boot and the leather soaked up the water. Certainly not waterproof.

This product works. Two identical leather armchairs. One is cleansed and conditioned, the other not (yet). Very impressed with the results. FYI: A 12-ounce bottle of Laundry Detergent #2 cleaned a large leather armchair that hadn't been cleaned in years. Conditioner #5 is used on the same chair for about 1/2 bottle.

We have been using Leather Milk products for several years. We use the furniture set on our leather sofas and it gives them back a nice healthy shine. Our dog likes to jump and jump and his claws scratch the armrest quite often. After a leather lotion and some lube they look great again. I will never run out of skin milk!
