I searched and finally settled on this tool. I am very happy. I use it on my own IT/very stubborn trigger points and it's very easy to use. All directions have good grip angles, edges are perfect and solid (I dropped it once). Very happy. I am a therapist but not trained and will not be used on others until I am. I chose this product after PT used a similar one.

This massage tool is good for relieving tension that has built up in the forearm after working at the table. portable and I can easily take it to work and give a massage when needed. The tool is comfortable to hold and the different curves are very versatile. The rounded tip of the bullet can also locate specific areas.

Works great . My chiropractor used a similar fascial release tool on my very tight calves with amazing results. He suggested I do it myself, but the tool he uses costs over $400. I saw it and it looked like it, but who can tell from the picture? So I took a chance and was very impressed with the construction and weight of this thing as soon as I opened the package.
