Update: The seller contacted me privately and offered an acceptable solution. Customer service goes a long way and I will buy from this seller again. The dress did not come with a tie as shown in the photo. It took hours to smooth out the wrinkles and creases when I put it back on. Looked nice at night but not worth the price.

The dress was not what it should have been at all. Bought for my niece, we couldn't attend the event because the dress was just awful, not like the picture.

My daughter is very thin and size 8 is too small. It usually fits a size 6 so I was surprised at how small the dress was. The waist is pulled too high, and when the dress is lowered, the chest is exposed. Generally not well made. For $23 it's ok, but if the sizes match consistently I'd say go up a size. I should have ordered 10. We will be back.

I've read in some reviewers to hang it up and let it air out. I also have to wet the skirt, smooth it out with my hands and let it air dry. I unraveled the skirt with only my hands.
