🏙️ LEGO Architecture Skyline Collection - Building Toy Set Review

I had to order a few packs of small parts when they ran out. However, I would do it all over again in a minute. You learn a lot by working with Lady Liberty. Did you know about the broken chains at the lady's feet? These are the last parts you put on the model. They made me read and learn more about their story.

I always thought Lego bricks were for kids but then I saw this Statue of Liberty set and had to have it (I'm something of a big fan the Statue of Liberty). I enjoyed making this set - the design is well thought out and the dice fit together with a very satisfying, almost sensual, precision. my last sentence.

I don't know why it says it's only for 16 year olds and up. My 8 year old son finished this Lego in two days with just a few hours a day. He had more complex Legos than this one with a lower age requirement. He liked it and even drew a face on it since I didn't have a face. It's good LEGO but the age requirements are rubbish. Challenge your kids!

Every home should have a little Lady Liberty. I was able to build this in a few days as I was engrossed in the process and watching it get closer to the final build. This is an impressive object and stands quite tall so it will be the focal point of any room. I liked the clear assembly instructions and I very rarely have to take apart individual parts. This is a great piece of LEGO and I would highly recommend it to Lego lovers.

Absolutely beautiful architectural set. Some other builders have stated that they don't like the lack of detail on the face; I agree that having them would be better, but I don't think that detracts from the simple beauty of this set. I really enjoyed this as I am building an architectural series of places that I (and/or my family) have seen. This one differs from the others in that it really adds height to the set, which allows you to see and examine the folds of the fabric on the statue. Just

Halfway through I realized I couldn't finish it because I didn't have the right parts, but there were a lot of things that didn't keep me going. Revain is sending me a replacement and I'll finish it, but the instructions were also confusing and lacked the ability to do various tasks and the process dictated an adjustment…

WOW. There really isn't much more to say about this set. Well actually. As this is a review I will say more. :) This is actually my first LEGO architecture set so part of me was hesitant to make this purchase. I didn't find many of the other architecture sets very appealing, but this set stood out for some reason. Maybe it's because it's Lady Liberty, or maybe it's just because she looks amazing. The actual assembly itself is a bit tricky, so this might not be the best LEGO set for young…
