They were original fluorescent bulbs, two of the four didn't work, the ballasts were defective, at the expense of repair or replacement I decided to try this bulb. Works great and will replace all my fluorescent lights. Brighter and whiter, good lighting.

I wasn't sure what these headlights would be like. I have to say from this update of the world. So great that I reordered as soon as I had the first 2 installed. Great that they can be dimmed, very light and easy to install. I have been looking for this lamp for a long time to renew my motorhome.

In our 2003 Winnebago Brave I removed the old fluorescent tubes that had a partial recess in the ceiling. I added blocks of wood to the recess created by the old fortifications. The new lamp fills an existing niche. The rest of the task was easy and the new lights are great. Worth the effort! And most importantly, MY wife loves them and the dimming feature!

Nuts and fixing screws not included. Installation was easy. Only 3/4 lights work. Don't wait to check and install. I finally have time to install this attachment in my RV and it was the Revain return date and I can't find a return address from the manufacturer. If all the lights were working and all the details were taken care of, this light would be amazing. I would buy again, but check and install right away.

Brighter and whiter and it's great that they can be darkened. Great product, easy to install and LOVE the fact they remember the last setting when used with a wall switch!

I couldn't use the pre-drilled holes to mount the lantern so I had to drill holes in the corners of the lantern to mount it for the price of the lantern . It's too high a price because it's frustrated that a plastic lightweight should cost $20 instead of more than $40. Also if I turn on the light while I'm watching TV, the TV loses the signal due to the antenna, don't understand this problem, it seems to be a problem with the light

Nice slim profile, all dimming functions work properly. I installed it in the kitchen/dining room of my RV. There is a good light for cooking and then I can dim it to create a cozier atmosphere while eating. I left the light on for a few hours today and was concerned that it was giving off a little more heat than I was expecting. I hope this has been well tested for overheating hazards. Also, I may need to mark the power button as it is the same color as the panel making it difficult to find on

This LED light is perfect to replace the 12v fluorescent dome lights in my 1999 diesel motorhome! Actually, it can pass as an OEM. I leave the light on and use the RV light switch to operate it, but I can also use the on/off button on the light itself. I really like the four candle intensity/watt settings and leave them at 50% unless I'm doing scheduled maintenance. Finally, the cool white color temperature (4000-4500 Kelvin) is perfect for seeing clearly while cooking, cleaning and playing…

I have a converted Sprinter RV with 3 18" fluorescent lights on the ceiling. One was switched to LED strips instead of tubes and differed from the others. I decided to replace all 3 with these full LED lights with the same dimensions in length and width but much thinner than the original.
