Review on Leisure LED RV Ceiling Light Fixture 1450 Lumen - Touch Dimmer Switch - Interior Lighting for Car/RV/Trailer/Camper/Boat - DC 12V Natural White 4000-4500K (1-Pack) by John Harvieux

I have a converted Sprinter RV with 3 18" fluorescent lights on the ceiling. One was switched to LED strips instead of tubes and differed from the others. I decided to replace all 3 with these full LED lights with the same dimensions in length and width but much thinner than the original. They also have a handy dimming function so you can have full, bright light or dim it for more ambient light. The only difficulty I had was that the old lights had a cut out in the ceiling and there was only about 1/2 inch around the perimeter for this new light to cover the hole. Lamp mounting holes were located just above the hole. so nothing for the screws. I had to drill additional holes outside of the existing holes so they could be screwed into the ceiling board. Other than showing the silver screw heads it worked well and the light is bright, quiet and cool. I've only had it for a few days, so I can't comment on durability yet. LED lighting is MUCH better than halogen or fluorescent lighting (I also replaced the halogen lights in the "washing machine" under the cabinets with LEDs, which are brighter, cooler, and more energy efficient. Halogens are so HOT.)
