Brand new and does not perform a firmware update!

I give this product one star! I'm hoping for some help with my new Lenovo Tab 10.1 I bought today (Revain Treasure Truck Deal!). I tried to update the firmware and I get an error. Not sure why I'm seeing this as it comes straight out of the box. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem and get the latest update? Interestingly, after normal booting, the System Update icon is back to having a red icon with the number "1" and the text under System Update is "Updated to Android 9". But when I run

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great tablet at a great price 👍

In the beginning I had two tablets: an RCA which has been junk since purchase and a Samsung Galaxy Tab ( one of their inexpensive ones Budget models (I don't remember the exact model) So far this tablet is no worse than my Samsung, except for two things: the battery and the screen. The Samsung battery can easily last three days of my usage while I'm on this one Tablet get one and a half and MAYBE half plus you can't compare a nearly 10 year old Samsung screen to this new one.Nonetheless for $120

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Android tablet with good budget

This tablet fully meets my expectations. I knew this was a budget tablet, not a huge screen, so I was aware of the limitations. Pros: Excellent battery life. but not perfect. It usually works on the first or second try, even if I wear glasses, but it's not as smooth as implementing a new iPhone or Pixel 4 - Good screen/display - Thin and light Cons - Micro USB charger, come on Guys let's drop the old format already - Android 9 with no plans to upgrade to 10 (started with 8 but when I got it…

Pros
  • delivery was very fast

Awesome tablet, best in the Computers & Tablets category

I've had no luck with Lenovo laptops over the years so I decided to give their tablet a try. The tablet ships with Android 8.0 but will instantly update to 9.0 when connected to WiFi. The tablet is VERY responsive and has a nice display, the battery life is good too. Face recognition works great regardless of the tablet's orientation and in different lighting conditions. I haven't had any trouble installing the various applications I use. I am very happy with my purchase, especially when…

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Lots of things

Excellent tablet, good performance

I need a basic Android tablet for my business that takes photos fast and doesn't slow down. I was able to easily download the application I needed. The photos are good, it takes 1 second or less to take a picture. Another cheaper tablet I sent back last week took at least 6 seconds to capture an image from the moment I clicked, resulting in missed moment and long waits we were in don't have time in a busy environment. The only downside I found is the short charging cable, but it's cheap so not…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
