Lenovo IdeaPad A6 Platinum 81VS009GUS Review

I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the light weight and easy to use device which is a perfect match for an easy to use computer.

This laptop is very slow. I bought it hoping to use it for gaming, but little did I know that the processor is primarily for offices. But even for work and office work, it's incredibly slow. Not worth the money at all.

Doesn't work! I'm sending this thing to my sister in Colombia and she can't log into the computer! It always asks for the Microsoft password (which we change about 3 times) and repeats the same process again! Take care of the whole process for us! Keep entering the password and it doesn't work! Don't buy this! I think it's fake or just a bad lot!

This computer contains so much malware that it cannot be used. CPU and memory are maxed out on first use. We've tried factory reset and all sorts of other things. It's just not suitable.

I bought this computer for my husband. I know Lenovo and although I prefer HP I decided to give Lenovo another chance. I read the reviews before purchasing. Received, opened package and tried to use laptop with no success. I received an error during the setup process and despite numerous attempts to fix the problem, including a hard reset and reinstalling Windows, I ended up having to return the laptop. Lenovo tech support was unhelpful throughout the process and they only suggested I send it back and request a refund, which sounds pretty unprofessional to me. Just don't buy.

This laptop was a Christmas present for my eleven year old granddaughter. She liked using it. Initially, S mode made it impossible to add Zoom, which her school uses for e-learning. She was able to use it recently but it seems to be usable only in browser, it's a bit buggy and not as good as on iPad. This needs to be solved otherwise it is a good computer for an elementary school student.
