looks like a good system - if you want a brain dead Windows 10 SI, don't do it. Nothing in the web advertisements suggested anything other than plain old Windows 10. The laptop and its shipping label indicate that this is Windows 10 S mode.

This thing is complete garbage. I bought it for my dad, spent an hour setting it up, but he immediately turned off the touchpad (because he completely wiped it from the system). All attempts to restore it were unsuccessful, so I had to perform a hard reset to restore one of the most basic functions of such a device. This is the last time I will buy a Lenovo product. Far from disappointing.

i am satisfied with this lenovo laptop, excellent build material, light enough for what i need, good price. For the first impression and the revision I deserve 5 stars, I hope you will not have any problems with it.

Good product as described. The only annoying thing is that the warranty started two months ago even though I only received it a week ago. I don't know why, but that's why three stars.

Listed as Windows 10 Home, S mode was a pain in the ass right from the start. Error opening Google Chrome, this web browser is required to function. So I screwed up.

I bought this for my grandson who is 14 years old and he loves it. I'm not very computer savvy but he says it's great so I take his word for it.

This is the perfect laptop for me. Extremely fast loading, actually very fast everything. I do quite a bit in Excel, it loads almost instantly. Browsing speed is very good, even with my mediocre ISP. I really like this computer, it does everything a laptop should do very well. I haven't tried gaming on it, but it's not a gaming laptop.

The 10th Gen i3 does the job. We don't use it for gaming; I just need a replacement for my wife's aging Chromebook. It's very fast and smooth for daily web browsing, using office apps, etc. I wish they added a backlight to the keyboard, but it doesn't bother. We've also seen some online reviews complaining that the screen is "blurry," but we haven't seen anything like this before. I'm not sure how many people use their laptops outside.
