A toolset for monitoring / troubleshooting in an AWS environment

The visual interface makes it easy enough so that even non technical people are able understand how things work quickly with this toolset! Also very good support from team members as well when needed - I have had one or two occasions where there was not really anyone available but they did come through eventually once contacted by email (and sometimes called). We use lenses primarily in our AWS environment which is quite large/complex compared what we used before using lens' toolsets like…

  • Relatively low learning curve; can be easily adapted for new problems, also quick helpdesk response time
