Like the monitor for the extra screen real estate

This product works. The image produced is of high quality. It's not 4K, but it's great for reading, filming and other things on a separate screen!

Quick Turn Around good for DVI HDMI adapter

I needed this to connect my new MacBook Pro to a 2011 Cinema Display. Not only did I receive the product within 24 hours, it works great and now I don't have to buy a new monitor!

It works great 6 months later

This is admittedly a low bar for a 5 star rating. But the world has come to that. I wasn't rough with it and I couldn't connect my monitor to my laptop. TA Dah!

Does exactly what it's supposed to do at a reasonable price

Works great with my new MacBook (oh why do they all have USB-C?!) and my old Apple Thunderbolt monitor. I was so happy to find an adapter that doesn't break my good monitor just because it has a VGA port!

As described, this adapter adapts a USB-c port to a Mini DisplayPort, provided the Mini DP is then connected directly to the monitor. However, I've tried connecting to an MST-enabled MiniDisplayPort to Dual DisplayPort hub (I'm switching from a Surface Pro 6 with Mini-DP to a Surface 7 with a USB-c port to connect to to create two external DP monitors). . This adapter can't be used that way, so I'll have to buy either a more powerful USB-c docking station or another dual DP USB-c hub to keep a…

While it's not the right adapter, the customer service was excellent.

Can't get it to work yet. The mini-jack on the monitor does not fully fit the adapter, so customer service was excellent and responsive. They sent me a second unit, but after trying it out, it was clear that while the connector on my monitor looked like a mini-display, it wasn't. The quality of the Lention adapter appears to be very good and the customer service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future

This adapter adapts a USB-c connector to Mini DisplayPort as described and then closes directly monitor the -DP on. However, I've tried connecting to an MST-enabled MiniDisplayPort to Dual DisplayPort hub (I'm switching from a Surface Pro 6 with Mini-DP to a Surface 7 with a USB-c port to connect to to create two external DP monitors). .
