The ability to see trends and patterns across all your customer relationships helps us make decisions for future marketing campaigns. The tool is easy for me as I am able use it even without IT support or expertise from within my organisation (which would have been ideal). It's hard to get your head around at first but with some training you'll soon pick up how things work - so don't worry too much! The ability for us to get real time reporting at our fingertips was very helpful when we were trying to monitor several aspects within the business. I like how it is easy to create views as well.
