I was very satisfied with all the features of this scale. It was easy to use, easy to read and accurate. However, look at the photos to see what they sent me in the mail as a new scale. Cracked and sealed battery cover and scratches on the front when removing the foil. Looks like it was a return that was tampered with and sent back. Ordered and paid for a new device. It was disappointing.

Tare button does not respond well when pressed. On the contrary, the scale responds to pressure and adds extra weight while trying to lose weight. The tare button responds to presses only 10% of the time. It's inconvenient to change the weight every time you press a button. Accuracy is also questionable but I have nothing to prove if it was correct or not. This was simply based on my experience with my previous scales.

It may be a good product, but the weird thing is that all these great reviews are grouped around the same date, May 28th to June 3rd, 2020. I didn't know it such a popular product that people line up to get it. It's also strange that almost everyone leaves so many photos and detailed enthusiastic comments.
