I don't know how this is the number one flashlight. The quality of the goods is so-so. Mine came in an open box with some parts missing. But other than that I used premium butane as suggested by the seller, the light still wouldn't come on after at least 4-5 tries. Then the 3rd release, you can't light it with one hand. You must squeeze and release the safety with one hand while pulling the trigger with the other. This makes this flashlight almost useless most of the time when I'm holding a…

Accessory doesn't light up with flashlight 70% of the time

For some reason this flashlight doesn't light up 70% of the time when accessories are used, but the flashlight lights up almost all the time, I've tried 3 different ones Trying to use types of butane to see if that was the problem, but unfortunately it still works the same even after buying a new replacement kit. I've tried butane brands like Bernzomatic on an old burner but I've only tried brands like Ignitus 11x and Whip It's ultra refined food grade. It doesn't seem to matter what I'm trying

No regret. for soldering iron and soldering iron

I really liked the overall idea of the kit. I've been looking for a mini flashlight for a long time. I have read many customer reviews from multiple brands and models. I am a hobbyist, craftsman and professional carpenter. So I looked for reviews based on my own circumstances. I ordered a Lexivon butane gas lamp and received the package a day earlier than expected. Good start. I myself mistakenly ordered a canister with typical butane fuel. mainly intended for lighters. I was satisfied with the

Very good burner suitable for soldering irons and soldering irons

It is good value for money. It comes with several soldering tips and a very nice hard plastic case. I was a bit disappointed that there was no adjustable air intake. The black plastic ring on the neck of the burner is NOT an adjustable air intake. When I bought the flashlight there was only a photo of the ring. It looked exactly like my flashlight, so I assumed it did. It was something other torches didn't have. Well, this one too. Another problem is the flame arrestor valve. You must use both…

Works fantastic!: Welding and Soldering

I mainly use this little flashlight for a tiny heat gun, which came as a big surprise to me. It works so well on small spots and for heating the wax vial to a smooth finish. The only downside is that it is difficult to light the burner. It only runs 50% of the time. The fuse also sticks making it difficult to light (why this feature is needed I don't know). Still, I really like this little flashlight. ------ Overview changed. Below are some fixes if you are having the same issues starting a…

I'm so glad I updated! :^D

I had several butane gas soldering irons. Like many (I think... ;) I started out with really "cheap" models that you could buy for less than $10. and they worked. better than i expected. for money! However . Also, I've been let down too many times by a cracked hull and less than "reliable" valves and fittings. It would be nice if I got together. but empty and unusable when I pulled it out of my "gigbag" (instrument case... whatever)! So I decided to "fork out". and I'm always glad I did! This…
