A week later we bought this original cartridge and returned the quality. A defective cartridge smeared our shipping labels, as did many documents. Two cartridges, purchased October 2017, not mid-March 2018. My printer is low on toner and I have checked the stats. The machine says I used 1025 pages and the cartridges are rated for 3500 pages. Contact Revain and they said to return both. Then I checked how much these things cost compared to new toner. So I decided to buy a new printer for $199.
