Directions was terrible! It broke before the installation was complete. He also showed fingerprints, so that didn't help. waste of money.

I was confused when I installed the first screen so I contacted the company and they not only responded quickly but also very kindly sent me a new screen! I installed the second without any problems and it works as expected. Thank you!

1. I wasn't careful enough, it broke! The second one took longer, used 2 suction cups instead of one, but still managed to break it! Should be perfectly aligned. Once it's stuck, it's almost impossible to remove without breaking it. Good quality product well packaged. But you only have one chance to install it.

Easy to Install - Great Product! Love it - just wish I had found it sooner! Comes in a very nice professional packaging with everything you need to clean the navigation screen before installation, including two small dust removal stickers in the shape of a pick, an alcohol wipe and a screen cleaning cloth.

This is a good product. However, I was not able to put it on or experience the look, protection etc. due to being sluggish and when trying to put the product on. I broke it. So when you order this product please be very careful because the product is fine but it can be broken or damaged very easily. STILL RECOMMEND.

It was a little difficult to align the screen as it is so big. It covers/protects the entire screen including black on both sides where some buttons like the alarm are located. Doesn't hide fingerprints very well but still seems to register all prints with ease. The time will show!

Difficult to assemble, leaves air pockets. Also when I used a foam roller to remove the air pocket on the bottom left side of the glass it cracked. I can't delete either. Inconvenient for the consumer to install or remove. I tried using a suction cup to remove it while trying to pry up the corner with a toothpick to avoid scratching my OEM screen but it didn't work. Now I'm stuck with a cracked lower left screen and can't seem to get it off. Would not recommend this product

Problems I've noticed: 1. Despite the description, it doesn't look oleophobic in the slightest; it collects more oil/fingerprints than the original surface.2. It has a kind of mesh pattern that reflects the light insanely when the sun hits it.3. The fit isn't great; it's definitely a nitpick, but it doesn't have the same shape as the space it protects; the corners/curves seem to be a bit off. Regardless of how it's set, some parts fit snugly in the cutout, while elsewhere there's a 1/8-inch gap
