Useless DVD Drive for Computers

This DVD drive doesn't work. It's a complete waste of money. The only positive thing I have to say about it is that it was easy to install. However, that's where the benefits end. It doesn't read DVDs properly and it constantly freezes my computer. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable DVD drive.

Does what it takes

Mom paid to use it as a spare DVD drive in her laptop after the latter stopped reading DVDs. She's happy with that so far. It only required moving the bracket and bezel to fit the laptop (which you can find online at laptop drive replacements).
