I like that this laptop is very light and the perfect size. The battery lasts a very long time when not plugged in. My only concern is that I bought this laptop in November 2020 and within a month a solid green vertical line appeared on my monitor. Incredibly light. Laptops are built for portability, and this laptop is that, period. The i5 processor handles everyday tasks perfectly. This is a single fan laptop, so it may not be suitable for high-end gaming or professional/industrial rendering or modeling. But for everyday tasks like web browsing, documents, art design, movies, casual gaming, this is enough. The 20 hour battery life is always a plus. Light weight justifies all possible claims. Very happy with the purchase.

This is the 3rd LG we've bought in about 6 years. The second and third devices had keyboard issues since year one. Device #2 had a complete loss of responsiveness for about 6 buttons, and two buttons on device #3 continue to drop. We changed them several times and they don't stay. Unfortunately, these devices are not field serviceable. You have to ship them to LG and pay a $500 service fee. I don't want to replace my laptop every year! I've had this laptop for a few weeks now and it looks and works very well. This is a laptop for Linux developers and building huge frameworks is very fast. I bought this phone based on Consumer Reports reviews. It was one of the highest rated laptops on their list. I love this laptop. There really isn't much doubt about that. I also have the same 14 inch LG laptop which is just over a year old. It works great too. It has a touchscreen feature that this one doesn't have. This was a birthday present for a friend. I helped set it up and was amazed at how quickly updates downloaded and installed. much faster than my HP 2-in-1, which is a few years older. Good keyboard, good screen, very portable. I don't know about the battery life yet, but will update the review if it's not that good. The only thing I REALLY didn't like was that Norton Antivirus was installed. It was a pain to remove. Microsoft's BUILT-IN Antivirus is MUCH better. that's why I only gave 4 stars.
