That doesn't work at all for the bathroom. The gap at the front prevents corners or even changing the angle of the brush used. That means you have to use it FLAT, which means the long handle is useless because you have to bend all the way down to get the bristles to touch the surface of the tub. In addition, the bristles are so stiff that they do not hold soap or water when brushing - you brush dry if the water does not run over the entire surface. The brush is strong and pleasant to the touch. But I don't understand why the pointed end of the brush is on the back of the brush. On my smaller hand brushes, the pointed end is in front. This makes it much easier to angle the brush toward the corners of what you're trying to clean.
