Scrap Scrap Scrap Good for Parts

Junk. Doesn't fit, had to use or make spacers. Would still not sit well in the wing. And you need to chop and connect the stock wires or chop the stock wiring harness on the bike itself. Spend a few bucks more for a plug and play device. Don't waste your time, it's not worth it

Pros
  • Excellent General Specifications
Cons
  • Sparse Instructions

Not worth your time and money

Zero stars. The plate does not fit, too narrow for the subframe. I even cut out the tongue and bent the signal mounts, it still doesn't fit flush. Light: White works, but yellow only half works. Brake lights also dim when braking. I can't bring it back because "I made it fit". Don't waste your time. X

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • A little loose change

Excellent brake light and bracket

The brake light looks great, nice and bright. I ended up using different turn signals as I had extras anyway so I can't comment on the quality of the turn signals. FYI, I had to install a bracket under the subframe. First I tried to mount between subframe and rear wing but it doesn't work.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Fair

Garbage! Stay away from this product!

is NOT a direct replacement for the DRZ-400 despite the incorrect description. You need Frankenstein wiring for it to work, this is NOT PLUG AND PLAY! Also, my device cannot brighten up when braking. I will be buying a legal device from DRC, which is what I should have done first. The aluminum plate holder, on the other hand, is solid and appears to be well made.

  • nothing

Serial signals! I didn't get it, so that's a plus!

If you connect them correctly you will have solid orange signals. I see people only posting white turn signals and they did something wrong. They have flexible arms so shouldn't break easily, but I think I can put caulk around the brake light seams to keep water out. But overall the hardest part was getting the wires connected properly. Cons: DRZ Lazer's cool haircut is covered with a license plate. Merp.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • I really have no complaints about this, everything is fine

It's not too bad, best in taillight assembly

It's definitely not plug and play and it doesn't fit perfectly, but with some tweaking and trimming it looks nice. I've seen some reviews from people saying only half the turn signals work and that's probably because you still have the OEM flasher relay. You need to buy the LED flasher relay that comes special for Suzuki (I think it has 7 pins), also for other fender straighteners. If you install LED turn signals, you need to buy one, otherwise your turn signals will run too fast, which is whyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Looks good but needs work and some trimming.

This looks great when installed, but you'll definitely want to trim the aluminum bracket. If you don't cut it, you'll need to use some washers/washers to loosen the end of the bracket from the bike's subframe. This creates too much space between the fender and the rear light. Also, this kit is definitely not Plug-N-Play, so you'll need to do some wiring. Personally, I cut the wiring from the stock taillight and turn signals and then just solder and shrink them onto the aftermarket lights. I doโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High test results for grip and durability
Cons
