Terrible water effect on front cover

The front cover sticks to the phone and creates a water/oil effect which is very annoying. I called Lifeproof and they are aware of this problem. TO UPDATE. If you buy these iPhone 11 cases, make sure they don't have the screen issues we all seem to have. LifeProof thinks it has found a solution, but it doesn't. Frustrated regular Lifeproof

I've only ever used Lifeproof cases on my iPhones. Already 8 years, 4 iPhones, several cases. This is the first time I've been disappointed. I upgraded my phone in March so I ordered a new case. I had it for maybe a month and a half before the top/front framing the screen just peeled off. I had my phone in my pocket, I took it out to check and it had lint on it, I went to just wipe it off and the case started to wear out. Parts of it soon began to fall off. Bubbles on the screen that will never go away. Definitely not worth the money

After receiving this case I followed the instructions to do a water test, remove the protective film from the phone screen, clean the phone and install the case and the screen stuck stuck the iPhone screen with a bunch of bubbles that I couldn't get rid of. Since I really loved the color I hoped it was just a defect. I asked for an exchange, sent a new one, did everything exactly according to the instructions, the same problem. Another one of the best!

I received the lifebuoy and am happy to report that it is a perfect match for my 11 Pro Max. No bubbles, the sound is great, the new mute switch is a bit small so hard to activate, but I have an assistive touch so it's not too much of an issue for me personally, although it's worth digging into .
