Easy-to Use Software That Works Well With Other Products

It has an easy to use interface and works well with other products we already have in place. The customer support team is great too! Nothing so far, they are very responsive and helpful when it comes to any issues that may arise. I would suggest using their support team for help if you're having issues. We were able to implement their product into our environment without much difficulty, and it's been working flawlessly ever since. We've also had some success with migrating data between their…

  • Support staff who actually knows what he or she does insteadof being simply told "We'll look at your request later" which always doesn;t happen either..)
  • Great UI/UX (but not all features available only from desktop client)

Good option if you need an affordable security solution

It's easy to use, it has all of my favorite features (antivirus scanning etc), but I dislike how they have not updated their software in years! They had some bad issues with malware recently that was very hard for themto fix because there were so many people affected by this issue; however since then nothing new or exciting about light cyber other than updates which are few & far between now days - maybe just wait until next year?
