The brightness is exactly what I was looking for. I tried two other similar lamps but found them less bright than this one. Motion detection is also very good. Sensitivity is better than my last two flashlights and seems spot on so far. Even if it's still on the first charge, the brightness is maintained even after several hours of use (in automatic mode). I hope this continues. recommended!

These lights are fine. My only disappointment is that their motion sensitivity is inconsistent. I use two lightbulbs in my closet and sometimes only one light comes on. Even though I wave my hands at them. So when I open a closet door, I'm never sure if one of them will light up, both or neither, and sometimes there's more delay than I'd like. I am using them at the moment but am also looking for a better solution that will light up faster and more reliably when I open the closet door.

I have a few of these lights in my house to light up areas that just don't have enough light like the kitchen, pantry and linen closet. The one I put in my master bathroom is the best place for it. I no longer have to turn on the bright overhead light when I need to go to the bathroom. I installed it on the wall above the door so as soon as I walk in it starts to glow nicely so I can see everything without being blinded! I like that I don't have to worry about changing the battery all the time.

We installed these under kitchen cabinets. There are no edges under the body, only flat/smooth ones, but their profile is so thin that they are barely visible. However, due to the lack of a lip, the motion detector detected our movement simply by walking past the closet, so we switched it from motion detection to an on/off option. I've worked with flashlights like this before but they were constantly attached to the surface with brackets and screws and ended up with batteries that had to be replaced. NO LONGER! I ordered them to light up a loom. They are mounted on a lock for a better view of the carvings and such. Two of these were glued to freshly cleaned, sealed wood. One stayed in place, the other didn't. When it fell off, a strip of metal fell off, part of the sticky squares remained on the machine, part came off along with the strip.
