    You cannot fit this lamp into a standard electrical box without modification. See how I had to add a U nut and drill a hole in the center of the lamp. This extra work shouldn't be necessary!

    They don't fit in the standard round mounting box. If only two wires stick out of the wall, then everything is fine. As the lamp holder is located far to the right on the rear of the luminaire, they cannot be flush mounted in a standard round box.

    Modern design is amazing, the size is perfect for us. Easy installation with included hardware, many options for lamp types. Please refer to the sizing information for your specific needs. At a super low price, this product absolutely delivers. The finish is matte white, the promotional image doesn't stand out as it should.

    Everything corresponds to the description, the metal is not thin at all. It looks great on the wall and you can see it clearly in the photos. As other reviews have pointed out, it needs to be off center if you want it to be flush as the wires come out the side rather than the center of the unit.     Good design/quality product but with a catch.

    Beautiful design and easy installation. I like the way the light hits the wall; both up and down. Brightens up the room beautifully while adding a modern touch. Only request would be an additional photo in the ad with a picture of the back of the lantern. The back of the lamp is not flat. The connector for extension cords not only extends by about 3/4 inch, that's off-center.     Bad light for lamps and ceiling fans

    Again, you get what you pay for. Cheap light, bad design. This is supposed to be a flush mount, but it has wires coming out straight from the back (far left). This means that you cannot mount it in the middle of the wall box. This is one bad design flaw, but there are others. When you finally pick up this thing and turn it on, the light is mostly on the right side. There is little light to his left. It looks like one side is burned out.     Looks nice. Not the easiest to install.

    We fitted them as a cheap replacement for a (very hot) halogen bulb. These sconces look great, but installing them is trickier than it looks. The flat back of the light with no wire cutout or screw holding the lamp socket in place means you'll have to cut drywall to allow for flush wall mounting. You will need to cut a gap about 2" x 1/2" wide in the drywall from the light fixture to the electrical box in the wall to allow the wires to pass through.
