The issue here is that the sales team is not willing to work with you to resolve the problem.

This product was purchased for us by another company. We're happy with the product itself, however our issues have been with their customer service. As mentioned in other reviews, the sales team is hard to reach, the account manager assigned to us does not have any idea how to resolve issues. When we tried to get them to escalate to a supervisor or higher level manager, they said that the highest they could go is a 'level 2' (which I believe is the same as a level 1) and that is not possible

  • Simple and easy to use
  • Great reporting and dashboard
Cons
  • I found out after spending 20 minutes trying to figure out what I needed to do to solve my problem that the sales guy wasn't going to help me.
  • My sales guy gave me incorrect instructions, I did everything exactly according to his instructions and nothing happened.
  • The user manual is inadequate and the sales guys really aren't that helpful when you call.
