Great Customer Experience Platform - Highly Recommended

The ability to integrate with other systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc. The dashboard makes it easy for users to understand their current customer experience. This is a great tool for improving overall customer service and creating consistency across all of your channels. It can be difficult to master at first because there are so many features and functions but once you get the hang of it everything runs smoothly. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to improve customer service.

The main advantage that I like most about this software was its ability to manage all my customer queries from different devices through an online website or app! Everything in one place so easy management of customers' inquiries/queries without wasting time with paper files etc!
