nice design and it arrived on time. However, assembly is difficult and one leg is shorter than the others, making it wobbly and unstable. I followed the instructions and assembled some furniture beforehand. Now it's just a waste of money.

The chair is beautiful, but one of the wooden legs is badly torn. I tried calling the company to get a replacement as they have a 6 month warranty but no one at the company answers. My unfinished product is sitting in my living room because no one in the company is answering the phone.

We had a lot of trouble assembling this part because the pre-drilled holes on the back did not line up with the holes in the base. A 10 minute job turned into more than 30 minutes. We ended up putting it back together but a couple of the screws were a little warped and overall it was very frustrating. In addition, the quality is really very good.

Bought two of these for about $150. Arrived in 2 days. I assemble myself, nothing complicated. It took me about 25 minutes for each chair. The chairs match in color, I took the coconut in grey. They're a little hard to sit on, but comfortable. Only gave this 4 stars because one of the pre-drilled holes for the washer was a bit large/off center. I improvised with another puck. Happy with my purchase, worth what I paid

The color is saturated. The seat is a little tight but may relax after some use. The seat depth is quite deep but I added a decorative pillow for support and it's perfect. I took off a star for shipping. The attached feet made a hole in the box, causing several washers to be lost in transit. I had to go through 3 different stores looking for a replacement. The chair is easy to assemble yourself, the second person was not needed.

I bought two of these chairs. One was very poorly processed by the manufacturer. Under the seat was a cosmetic mess. The frame was broken and when they tried to fix it someone improvised with the same broken piece of wood and lots of nails. It looked terrible. The manufacturer didn't agree to simply replacing the bottom of the chair so I had to return the entire chair. But otherwise everything seems fine.

This chair had an awful smell that I noticed as soon as I opened the box. The fabric was perfect for my room so I tried airing it on my patio for 5 days. I sprayed it with Fabriz every day. Then I brought it in disassembled and kept spraying for a week. It smells sky high with a musty, musty odor. The smell hits me as I walk down the stairs, it's so strong. It's obviously NOT going away. Unfortunately I will have to send it back.

We received the armchair and started to build it right away. It took a lot of effort to assemble and the two screws on the back were loose no matter how many times the screws were tightened. also not very durable and somewhat out of service. This might all just be a one-off product, but what I really didn't believe was the size of the screw holes through the legs and back. They were huge. like 3/4' for a 1/4 screw. They used washers to make it work but honestly I can't believe it will hold…

We love this chair! The size, shape and color are perfect, the fabric feels and looks great. It's more of a dark red/burgundy than a bright red. We have it in our living room so we don't sit on it for long periods of time every day so I can't comment on how durable it is. Note that it's a little lower than most chairs (check the specs, it's up to the specs) but it works great in our space. I also suspect that due to the design and padding of the seat it's not the best choice if you have kids…
