Negative feedback that the balls are small - clearly from people who don't knit. Maybe you can get a skein of regular yarn for that price. Candy meanwhile - Google images. These are small sweets (usually in chocolate). Hence this yarn is named. It's fantastic for accessories - creating flowers, etc. for decoration. It's wonderful to knit with. They're smaller than I thought (thought they were the size of Lily Sugar'n Cream cotton yarn) but they are still enough for a small project I bought them for. For a larger piece, larger strands are better, but for small, multicolored projects, this is great. Each strand I received measured approximately 2 1/2 inches by 1 inch. Despite the microscopic size of these skeins, the yarn quality is excellent. I've only used LB's Coboo so far and I hated it so I was a little hesitant to try them. They work amazing and they feel so soft! I have a nature that has a sports weight (2). I wish they had an option to get them in a larger skein as there is a color I would like to use as a border. They are adorable! They called them "Candies" for a reason - just like bite-sized ice cream, these tiny mini packets of yarn are just as cute. Just understand that it's not possible to bind an entire normal-sized project out of them. I see this collection as yarn for accent pieces like doll hair, knitted flowers or pom poms. To be very clear, I'm not complaining about the yarn count; I am complaining about the quality of the yarn and the consistency of the product in one pack. First, the yarn in my package is fuzzy and split. This is a very thin yarn for the intended sport weight; From looks alone I'd suggest it's closer to the weight of the finger.
