Very happy with this product. Worked the first time I used it for a stubborn clog that wouldn't drain with a regular plunger. Highly recommended. The photos that accompanied the written instructions were very helpful.

This little tool probably saved me $300 a plumber's job. There's a little rubber ball stuck in the toilet pipe (damn kids). This tool has a point on the end that pierces the bullet without pushing it any deeper and I was able to get it out. The toilet is working again! Excellent investment.

I love this snake! Used it as soon as I received it. My elderly mother flushed the balancers down the toilet. Not only was it full, but as it expanded, more and more water flowed out. After several attempts, the snake grabbed the remains of the pillow and I pulled it out! I thought I would have to call a plumber. That saved the day!

Finally I need this product and it doesn't work for me as promised. However, he scratched my china with his sharp point. It never expanded as promised, nor did it fit around the curves of the toilet. Saved calling a plumber for a slow/clogged toilet. Used two different plungers that got the water flowing but the smallest flushable piece of toilet paper again slowed it almost to a standstill. Used dish soap and warm water from a large pot, didn't fix the toilet. A flexible drainage snake was used, but failed to dislodge what was stuck in the bend.
