Almost the best replacement parts

Very difficult to unlatch and I don't have weak hands or fingers. It's easier to just tap it with a hammer the first few times until it wears down a bit. I wish the yellow plate was held by an electronic clamp as there is only an o-ring holding it loose. If you try to operate it with one hand and you have to turn it upside down, you'll lose your plate and your patience. I think it will weld to be honest. And the E-Clip or C-Clip would still allow for detachability and unlimited rotation. Other…

Works well, vulnerability exists.

Let me start by saying that I know I'm a bad welder. The depressor works well, but has a weak point. I'm assuming it's in two pieces for shipping that are bolted together. The screw is too small and weak for a long service life. I've worked with people who had this model and had a screw cap, so before I even used it I put a JB weld on the screw, twisted it and let it dry. It worked for a while until I put the hood on and broke it in half. Instead of buying a new one, I just welded the two…

Good product from Lisle

Got this to adjust a Sprinter van idling high when parked with the rear air conditioning running. It works well for this, and the fine-tuning feature is good. The stem unscrews about halfway for easy storage. There is also a rubber pad at the end to prevent slipping. Lisle makes good products and the ones I've bought have always been made in the USA. One thing to note, at least in my case, is that the RPM can fluctuate and be constant for more than a few seconds. I had to set it up again and…

WORKS GREAT FINISHED

This review is for the 21520 TRUCK PEDAL DEPRESSOR NOT the THROTTLE PRESSURE DEPRESSORI bought to lock up the brake pedal when I'm loading my boat onto a trailer. This allows the brakes on all four wheels to be fully applied, not just the rear parking brakes. This makes the loading process much safer, greatly reduces the chance of the truck violently shaking while loading, and allows the truck to roll back and submerge in water, which can ruin your day. It's very durable, easy to use and serves

Great for both professional and personal use

I am a Honda technician. I've just started my career and am currently working on being as efficient as possible. I try to give the customer a quality experience. A big underestimated check is the light. You cannot rely on others to check the light for you because it will interfere with their work. Also, not all stores have mirrors to see brake lights and reverse lights. I personally test the light on every multi-point inspection that comes. This brake presser is easy to use and is great for…

  • Some errors

I used this pedal bracket to replace the front brake lines on my 2012 Jeep JK. According to the factory manual, the brake pedal should be held with a kick after the first centimeter of travel. This isolates the master cylinder so that when the flexible brake line is disconnected, the entire master cylinder is not drained. It worked great, saved me a lot of brake fluid and dirt. Flow from the hard line after the flexible line has been removed. I also bought them from Revain. Good. I would…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Well if you just need to press the brake or clutch pedal then less heavy products like Thexton or Lisle 48700 throttle tools will do the trick BUT if you need to press the pedal to check the hydraulic system or put pressure on the Exercise boat ramp, this is the best product for the task. Built like a beast, the Lisle 21520 will survive any pedal pressure you can put on it. I highly recommend this product if you work with non-hydraulic clutches (aka "poof" clutches) or brakes. This thing is…
