Brand new purchase without blade and brush oil. I had to place another order for a replacement. Not amused. UPDATE got a replacement. There was no oil for blade and brush yet. It is clear that the packaging lists all parts and shows a picture of all parts. Two separate BRAND NEW items WILL NOT RECEIVED AS RECOMMENDED. Return for a FULL REFUND. Don't worry about purchasing this item if you expect to get what is advertised or what you paid for. total fraud.

Product/packaging is a good deal. The dough holds a load well and the cordless cutting is good. Don't expect the performance of an electric hair clipper and you will be satisfied with this product. In other words, don't have unrealistic expectations. The blades are sharp and cut very well, I have never been happier with a set of clippers and accessories. Part of the package is a wonderful micro hair clipper and a box to hold hair clippers of different sizes. This is a good deal for the price.

Nice little professional clipper set with organizer for sorting accessories and guides and sheaths for razor blades. The smaller clippers are slightly better than the older ones because the batteries are closer to the inside of the shaver. A big razor sticks a little tighter to the hair when it loses its charge, and it shows. All the accessories were in stock and I'm glad my other clipper set is still under warranty and I'll probably use it on my pets.
