We bought 2 sets for our two youngest 2 year old grandsons to run around with their fold out play tents. It's good that they come in a grid. So you know these aren't high pressure hard rubber balls bouncing! They dent when squeezed! BUT from a SAFETY point of view. I think they are perfect for games from 1 year and up!
