Chair arrived on time, very easy to put together, right colour, size and all. I've found that it won't stay put when I push it to its full reclined position. I can hold it there by grabbing my arms and elevating my legs over the footrest lol. But I don't plan on napping in a chair or reading in the most reclined position, so that's fine. The armrest has a dent under the chair cover. I can't see the hole but I can feel it. It's about the size of a baseball and looks like it has broken pieces inside. I really like this chair. Perfect size for my van. My only issue is that the left hand (when I'm sitting on the chair) is very poorly made. I have to use my hands to get up from the chair and the first time I got up from the chair I heard a tearing sound. I thought the fabric was torn but it wasn't.
