The armrest has a dent under the chair cover. I can't see the hole but I can feel it. It's about the size of a baseball and looks like it has broken pieces inside. A month later, the right armrest was crumpled. I can't see how it broke as the padding covers it, but I can definitely feel the tears. The chair as a whole looks thin and not very high quality. If you have lower back problems, do not buy. At first it feels comfortable, but then my back hurts. I regret the purchase. The company expects me to deliver it to UPS myself, but there's no way I can do it myself. You must have someone to pick it up. I bought UNITERS with 3 years warranty. I recently filed a complaint and am awaiting your decision. I will update when I get an answer.
