Good product. Excellent purchase. Much better for keeping my onions fresh in the fridge than other keepers I've tried. It also virtually eliminates the spread of onion odor throughout the fridge.

I had another performance of this container for many years until the attached lid finally broke off. I'm glad I replaced it with this one. The lid is not permanently fixed, it can be easily removed and replaced. I use it for onions, peppers, and pretty much any veg that goes with it. Keeps them fresh and crispy.

I needed a cooler "shelter" for onions and oranges and this was the solution. I have used other "screensavers" especially the bow saver which was in the shape of a bow but it was so hard for me to open it every time. I don't usually use whole onions and oranges in a meal, but I use them for a few days. You are perfect!

I had two onion containers that were rolled up and loved them. But then as I got older I got arthritis in my hands so I gave away my retractable onion container and bought this one with a snap on lid. It works great for me and my hands thank me too. One tip is that I place a folded paper towel in the bottom to trap moisture and extend the onion's shelf life.

I'm your biggest fan! These containers meet all my kitchen needs: freezing, pantry storage, refrigeration and even microwave transfers: just remember not to microwave with the lid on. I want to order so many more of these that I have enough on hand; just sit and wait for another way to use them. Cool containers! Completely satisfied. And the customer service is great.

This is a well made container perfect for a medium sized onion. Is there a loop that is too big? Of course. I don't take them to make sure my handy container works. Sometimes we also dice up some onions and store them in the bottom of the container under the whole onion so no holes in the bottom are a bonus. The container is easy to open and close. Cleaning is easy as I rinse it off and put it in the dishwasher. Would buy again.

I bought this specifically for red onions but it's too small for any onion (red, yellow or white)! You will have to remove or cut LOTS of layers (which defeats the purpose of the dome shape) for the arch to fit in this container. The picture shows that tiny cloves of garlic will do, but they are too small for a regular onion. I gave 3 stars because the container itself is still a sturdy container with a lockable lid.

This pear is a good size to fit a larger bulb. Unlike other bulbs, it opens and closes effortlessly. I've only had it for a short time, but I expect it to live up to Lock and Lock's usual high quality. The only downside is that the availability of this product is very low and the seller cheated me on the price. Obviously I wanted it so badly that I had to pay an exorbitant price. However, I really wanted more than one, so the seller lost the price gouging!

Not our first L&L. We also have one for salad that works really well. So why 3 stars? This thing is small. Tiny. Stupid little onion container. I figured I could chop up some onions and cook them. Or a giant yellow one for making burgers outdoors. nope It hardly fits, and I mean hardly, in an average bottle. Once chopped sweet onion.
