We bought one of these blocks for use in our hotel to replace the Master Lock blocks which fell apart after only 2 years. The device is well made, the numbers are easy to read, but difficult to open. To change the combination you must unscrew the two screws from the metal plate and then use the tweezers (supplied) to remove the pins used to set the numbers.
