Non-penetrated. I left it on some parts of the bike fork overnight and it was still there and wet. Should have cried in the fugue.

Just tighten the nut on the bolt and put a drop of green Loctite on the bolt and it will sink into the nut and hold it in place.

I have used this product on couch bolts/nuts. It works great and now my day bed is stable and doesn't wobble when in use. You must wait 24 hours for Loctite to cure. I bought this type of Loctite because the bolts/nuts on the frame were reversed so I needed the Loctite to flow down and seal the nut/bolt.
