Okay I have NEVER cut a rug and my FIRST FOUR CUTS were absolutely perfect and I used the rug on the first try. (Pictures are attached). ANYONE who has negative feedback must have done it wrong. or there wasn't enough patience and foresight to keep things moving. I drew 4 lines on the back of my rug, taped a LONG ruler to my rug (cut the rug 16x20), trimmed the rug a bit at the corners so the cut points overlap a little, and only required ONE cut per side ! The blades are amazingly sharp. PLACE

I needed an unusual size mat for some awards. It was cheaper to just buy large pieces of uncut matte card stock and a tool to cut it and do it yourself.
