For a home framing machine this nailer is a pretty good option when joining bevels. The operation is quite simple, and if you pay attention to the details, the nails drive in quite cleanly. I read a lot of negative reviews about this product. I have the same problems with this carpenter as many others who are complaining. But with a little practice I find it a good product. Don't expect perfect curves right away - it takes practice. Most complaints are that the front stretches out and leaves a gap as you push the V-nails back. The reason is the lack of support under the frame and there is an easy fix for that. Make a simple gusset out of two pieces of the same scrap frame material
