It was great until the firmware was updated.

This headset was great until I installed the Logi Tune software which prompted me to install the latest firmware (1.31.0). After installation, the microphone stopped working. I have an open case with Logitech support but they are not very responsive and I am now without a headset.

It's Harder Than You Think

In general, the headset is quite comfortable. But . . . It feels so heavy after wearing it for a long time that when you take it off your head feels a ton lighter. For short periods of time - say an hour or an hour and a half of a meeting - this is great. You don't hear any background noise! The integrated controls are great!

Noise canceling for meetings

The noise canceling works well even when my son is crying or watching TV next to me when I was in a meeting. The microphone turns on and off automatically when you raise or lower the microphone to speak. It also announces when the microphone is muted and activated. I wish I'd bought wireless ones so I could use them with my phone or have freedom of movement, but I've read some reviews that the noise canceling in the wireless version didn't work on some, but I was still hoping to at least get it

Where are the good reviews for this headset!?

After reading good reviews I decided to try it. Got it today, made two phone calls with it and switched back to my Opencom. It's garbage! The customer heard kids and dogs in the next room behind a closed door, but they have active noise cancellation, right? And what about those things with volume n!? It was centered for rear left and right, but only played sound from rear right. I had to adjust the settings on my computer halfway to my left ear to hear in both my left and right ears. Also, itโ€ฆ

The Lifesaver Noise Canceling Microphone,

I live in a small apartment and talking to my family in the other room made meeting clients very stressful. Literally my house should be silent. Since I've had them, they've really saved me from awkward phone calls while a baby is crying in the background or knocking on my door during meetings. This headset literally blocked everything. If your baby is screaming or crying in the same spot, they may be picking up some of the background noise. My voice was clear to callers. I even knocked on myโ€ฆ
