Thank goodness Revain has a refurbished warranty. The speaker set I ended up with was badly damaged. The bass speaker grille was badly dented. The right speaker was sticky and something had broken inside, causing it to pant uncomfortably. I never turned them on before returning because I didn't want to risk an electrical fire.

These speakers offer amazing value for money. But my recommendation is to buy new ones. These speakers look like they came off the back of a truck. scratches and dents. I knew this might be the case, but 2 of the desktop speakers accidentally died. I just ordered a new z623 kit and can't wait to receive it. Maybe I'm just unlucky. I was a bit confused when I bought a refurbished item from the seller but I am very happy with the result, it came in a plain brown box but had all the original components and they have been carefully repackaged as if they were in the original Logitech box! Absolutely amazing acoustics! Has amazing bass that rocks the house! Amazing for the price! When you buy a refurbished car, you expect it to look used. There are dents and scratches but none of the components are broken. It just looks like it's been used a lot! I recommend 100% for the price.

Arrived apparently returned and not refurbished. All the cables are loose in the box, disorganized, and some sort of junk all over the main cable. It looks suspiciously like feces.
