Their team of designers were amazing, attentive to detail as well as very friendly and responsive! They made it easy talking through all aspects with them along the way. I had so many great ideas but they nailed some things we'd never even considered before. The only downside (not really an issue per-se) was there was a fair bit of waiting time involved in getting projects started.
