Lighting wise this is the perfect brightness for my heavily planted freshwater aquarium 29. I had to flip the mount but it took 2 seconds. In fact, I accidentally discovered that remote time settings work and forgot. I turned on the light, pressed the 12 o'clock button and haven't had to touch the light since. I am sure this flashlight is very powerful and definitely very well made. The only plastic on it is the screw that holds it to the tank. This is a powerful, well built light. The plan was to use it for my saltwater tank but I would need 3 to light it well enough and it's still a yellow light with no blue, I'd rather keep my current lights which contain blue.
